Diversity Data
As a firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Magsino Solicitors participates in the SRA’s workforce diversity monitoring requirements.
The SRA requires regulated law firms to collect, report and, where appropriate, publish information regarding the diversity of their workforce.
Magsino Solicitors is currently a small practice. Because of the limited number of individuals working within the firm, publishing a detailed breakdown of our workforce diversity data could result in individual members of the firm being identifiable.
Accordingly, and in accordance with SRA guidance and applicable data protection requirements, we do not currently publish detailed diversity information where there is a risk that an individual could be identified from that information.
We will continue to review this position as the firm develops and grows and will publish appropriate anonymised diversity information where this can be done without compromising the privacy of individual members of our team.
Our Approach to Clients
Our commitment to equality and diversity extends to the way we provide legal services.
We aim to ensure that every client has equal access to our services and receives professional and respectful treatment regardless of their background.
Where a client has particular communication, accessibility, language, disability, religious, cultural or other needs, we will take reasonable steps to accommodate those needs wherever practicable.
Regulatory Commitment
Magsino Solicitors is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
We are committed to complying with the SRA Principles and the SRA Code of Conduct for Firms, including our obligations to encourage equality, diversity and inclusion in the provision of legal services and within our workplace.
This statement and our approach to diversity will be reviewed periodically to ensure that they remain appropriate as our firm develops.

This formulation is consistent with the current SRA guidance. Paragraph 1.5 of the Code of Conduct for Firms requires regulated firms to collect, report and publish workforce diversity information, but the SRA specifically says publication is only required where it can be done without identifying individuals. The SRA also says that a small firm does not need to apply for an exemption or waiver where publishing some or all of the data would create that identification risk.
One important point: the website statement does not replace the firm’s obligation to actually collect and submit its diversity data to the SRA when the reporting exercise applies. The most recent SRA collection closed on 4 July 2025, and the SRA conducts this exercise every two years. Since Magsino Solicitors only started operating in 2026, your position is slightly different from an established firm that participated in the 2025 collection.
